<br /> 9. CONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATIONS. Contractor agrees to accomplish the following <br /> objectives: <br /> 1 . Provide technical assistance to City staff and developer regarding child care <br /> component in Main/Middlefield housing development. <br /> 2. Produce and mail two quarterly newsletters for child care and preschool <br /> providers; mail to approximately 150 programs, City Council, City <br /> Manager, Parks and Recreation Commissioners and Housing and Human <br /> Concerns Committee members. <br /> 3. Prepare and/or disseminate information to Redwood City parents regarding: <br /> a. parent education and support resources available; <br /> b. licensing, accreditation and quality in child care. <br /> 4. Disseminate child care resource information to Redwood City human <br /> services agencies through quarterly meetings. <br /> \ <br /> Contractor also agrees to provide quarterly budget expenditure reports to the City. On <br /> or before March 1, 1996, Contractor shall furnish City with a detailed statement of the purpose <br /> for which any portion or all of the monies to be paid by CiW hereunder was expended, which <br /> statement shall be subject to review and approval of City. Contractor shall document objectives <br /> achieved during the fiscal year with the use of said funds. <br /> 10. PARAGRAPH HEADINGS.
