<br /> Volunteers: Currently three volunteers are donating 4-8 hours per week to assist clients <br /> in completing forms and doing translations. <br /> Advisory Groups: The Fair Oaks Community Center Advisory Board is made up of <br /> seven (7) members; five of which must reside in the target area, one which represents an <br /> agency housed in the Center and one that represents the community at large. Tbe Board <br /> meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Center. They advise <br /> the Center Coordinator on all phases of the Center's operation. <br /> Board of Directors: City Council of the City of Redwood City. <br />IV. CONTRACTOR RESPONSmILITIES <br /> A. Contractor shall establish a urocedure to ensure that all emolovees. volunteers. con- <br /> sultants. subcontractors. or a~ents Derformin!:! services under this contract reoort child <br /> abuse or neQ:lect to a child orotective aQ:encv as defmed in Penal Code <br /> Section 1 1165(k) . <br /> E. Contractor shall urovide the Human Services A!:!encv with a current bud!:!et which <br /> clearly states both the uro!:!ram bud~et and the total a!:!encv bud2:et. if different.
