<br />Exhibit B <br />PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br />In full-consideration of the services provided by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, County <br />shall pay the Contractor according to the payment schedule described below on a quarterly basis with <br />a reconciliation of the payments and expenditures, not to exceed $48,104. <br />1st quarter (July, August & September 1998) ........... $12,026 . <br />2nd quarter (October, November & December 1998) . . . . . . $12,026 <br />3rd quarter (January, February & March 1999) .......... $12,026 <br />4th quarter (April, May & June 1999) ................. $12,026 <br />The County shall pay the Contractor within ten (10) working days following receipt of invoice at the <br />rate of payment set forth in above pursuant to the criteria set forth in Exhibit A of this Agreement. <br />A:\10FOCC.AGT Page 17 <br /> '.- <br />
