<br /> Exhibit A (cont.) <br />H. Feédback <br /> Within five working days from when Contractor refers a client to HSA, Contractor will <br /> receive feedback on the disposition of the client. The feedback mechanism will be <br /> developed by HSA with Contractor input. An interim plan may be necessary until <br /> SMART is operational. <br /> Initially, there will be monthly meetings between Contractor and HSA staff and their \ <br /> supervisors with regard to interaction between Contractor and HSA. These meetings will <br /> eventually become quarterly unless more frequency is necessary. <br />I.
