<br />ETo Limited Vl ater Allocation Program <br />Task 5 Transfer customer databases - Provide for transfers of existing customer <br />databases to W AP tables. <br />Task 6 Evaluate City data resources pertinent to determining customer landscaped area. <br />Task 7 Create survey form - Define data requirements, design and print survey forms. <br />Task 8 Installation - Install \\TAP on General Services computers. <br />Task 9 Documentation - Provide documentation of Vl AP operational procedures and <br />features. Includes both printed and on-line help. <br />Task 10 Training - Provide training and assistance for General Services Staff during <br />initial phase of project (3 months). <br />Data Collection <br />Task 11 Assemble mailing list - Create mailing list (by meter and customer) ifsurvey <br />mailing goes out under separate cover. Approximately 22,000 customers would require <br />survey forms. <br />Task 12 ìv1ail survey to customers - Mail either with the normal billing sequence or as <br />separate mailing. <br />Task 13 Data entry - Enter data from returned survey forms into database. Automation <br />of this step is possible. <br />Task 14 Verify data - Using software tests and spot checks verify data (the latter <br />performed by General Services personnel). <br />Task 15 Generate initial allocations - Calculate allocations, print out and mail back <br />verification letters to customers. <br />Redwood Ci ty - 4- General Services Department <br /> ,._-,-,.~ <br />
