INSURANCE. Upon notification by City to Owners to proceed <br />with the construction of any or all of the Future Improvements <br />described in paragraph 1 hereof, Owners shall obtain and maintain in <br />full force and effect during the period of such construction, at <br />Owners' own cost and expense, a commercial general liability <br />insurance policy, and further agrees to furnish evidence of such <br /> (D <br />insurance by filing copies of the declaration page or information en' <br /> C) <br />page and a certificate of insurance with the City Clerk, which -J <br /> - <br />certificate and declaration page or information page copies shall be N <br /> N <br />accompanied by such endorsements as may be necessary to show 0 <br />compliance with all of the requirements of this paragraph. Such <br />insurance shall name the City of Redwood City, its Council, boards, <br />commissions, officers, employees and agents as insureds or <br />additional insureds and shall indemnify City and said persons <br />against liability for loss or damage for personal injury including <br />death, and property damage arising out of or occurring by Owners or <br />Owners' contractor or subcontractors, in the performance of Owners' <br />duties and obligations under this agreement, which insurance shall <br />be in the minimum amounts of $1,000,000 for personal injury or death <br />of any one person, $1,000,000 for personal injury or death arising <br />out of any one occurrence, and property damage limits of not less <br />than $1,000,000 arising out of any one occurrence. The policies <br />mentioned herein shall contain a provision that City shall receive <br />an unconditional notice in writing thirty (30) days in advance of <br /> 7 <br /> .- <br />
