Preparation of the Technical Application package including all required <br />attachments, such as: <br />a. Technical Report consisting of hydrology, hydraulics, geology, <br />development trends, capacity and existing conditions, proposed <br />improvements, permitting, alternative analysis, life cycle analysis, energy <br />efficiency, compliance with water quality requirements, and several other <br />topics <br />b. Climate Change Worksheet consisting of Vulnerability, Adaptation and <br />Mitigation discussions <br />4. Identification of all eligible elements for GPR funding and preparation of business <br />cases and justification reports for each element <br />5. Financial Application Package including details about City's connection, current <br />rates, revenues and debt obligations <br />6. Assistance in preparation of resolutions for authorization of binding the agency, <br />identification of a revenue source for reimbursement <br />7. Correspondence and coordination with the State project managers for <br />environmental, technical and financial divisions <br />8. Establish an account for the agency and upload all the backup documents and <br />various attachments of each application based on State's specific naming <br />protocols to the Financial Assistance Application Submittal Tool (FAAST). <br />9.
