"(b) Upon adoption of a resolution of intention by <br />the Commission, a public hearing shall be held thereon <br />within 45 days." <br />SECTION 11. Section 41.4 0£ the above mentioned Ordinance No. 1130 <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 41.4 Owner's Application. (a) An appli- <br />cation for an amendment to this ordinance shall require <br />a comprehensive review of this ordinance to determine the <br />effect of such amendment on the future development, growth, <br />and evolution of Redwood City. To facilitate such review, <br />amendments shall be considered biannually by the Commission. <br />"(b) An application by a property owner shall be <br />filed with the Planning Department on forms provided by <br />the Department. An application for a proposed change in <br />the zoning district designation for any parcel shall be <br />accompanied by a fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) plus <br />Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per acre or partial acre, and <br />an application for a proposed amendment of any regulation <br />contained in this ordinance shall be accompanied by a fee <br />of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) if filed during March or <br />September. If an application is filed at any other time <br />of the year other than March or September, an application <br />for a proposed change in the zoning district designation <br />for any parcel shall be accompanied by a fee of Two Hundred <br />Dollars ($200.00) plus Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per acre or par- <br />tial acre and an application for a proposed amendment of any <br />regulation contained in this ordinance shall be accompanied <br />by a fee of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) in order to cover <br />increased costs incident to such special consideration. <br />'Q <br />
