"(e) No use permit, otherwise required by the <br />district regulations, shall be required for uses or <br />structure permitted pursuant to an approved planned <br />development permit." <br />SECTION 19. Section 32.16 of the above mentioned Ordinance No. 1.130 <br />is hereby added to read as follows: <br />"Section 32.16 Construction in Yards. Except as <br />expressly provided otherwise in this ordinance, no <br />building or structure, or portion thereof, shall be <br />constructed, placed or altered within any yard area <br />required by this ordinance except for the following: <br />"(a) Natural and artificial landscaping. <br />"(b) Fences, walls, and hedges. <br />"(c) Utility facilities, mail boxes, and flag poles. <br />"(d) Foundation footings, patio slabs, driveways, <br />sidewalks and other paving. <br />"(e) Signs not exceeding 100 square feet in area." <br />SECTION 20. Section 32.17 of the above mentioned Ordinance No. 1130 <br />is hereby added to read as follows: <br />"Section 32.17 Buildinq Site Sizes. Whenever, at <br />the time of adoption of this ordinance or at any date <br />subsequent thereto, any person who owns abutting parcels <br />of land which were established as separate building sites <br />under subdivision proceedings completed prior to the <br />adoption of this ordinance but which, if placed under <br />separate ownerships would not comply with the minimum <br />basic lot area, width or street frontage requirements of <br />this ordinance for the district in which such lot is <br />located, such abutting parcels shall be deemed to be a <br />-10- <br />
