(2) Right of Way Support <br />Scope of Work <br />Consultant will complete the additional services described below, which are necessary <br />to complete Right of Way (R/W) investigations supporting design of interchange <br />improvements as part of the PS&E and R/W Support Phase of the 101/84 (Woodside <br />Road) Interchange Improvement Project. <br />1. Title Reports — Obtain Title Reports for the additional parcel information. Ten <br />additional Title Reports will be obtained. <br />2. Resolve Title Issues — Develop plat maps and legal descriptions, or other <br />documentation as required, to resolve the title issues on ten parcels that the Title <br />Company has disclosed, as follows (see attached exhibit): <br />a) Parcel 20 — extends well within roadway R/W <br />b) Parcel 14 - Old RR R/W within SR84 at Bay Road <br />c) Parcel 42 — No current State interest at SR84 and Broadway <br />d) SPRR - Certificate of Compliance is required <br />e) Parcel 11 - Smart and Final needs affidavit <br />f) Parcels 16 & 26 - RREEF America REIT needs affidavit <br />g) Parcel 29 - requires document to be re-recorded to include a complete <br />and correct legal description <br />h) Parcel 18 - has interest in part of Broadway <br />i) Parcel 19 - has interest in part of Broadway <br />I) Parcel 36 — Ownership (who owns it) is in question <br />3. Resolve Caltrans R/W Boundary — Analyze boundaries, and develop drawings <br />that recommend solutions to resolve the Caltrans Right of Way boundary issues <br />discovered during the field work. This is expected to include two submittals to <br />Caltrans and three meetings with them. Once resolved to Caltrans satisfaction, <br />the information will be incorporated into the Boundary Surveys and Land Net, the <br />Appraisal Mapping Sheets, and the Plat Maps and Legal Descriptions. The <br />survey control report will also be updated. <br />4. PG&E Encroachment Exhibit — A PG&E Encroachment Exhibit will be prepared <br />to highlight PG&E's encroachment of facilities in the City of Redwood City's land. <br />The exhibit will be submitted to the City for forwarding on to PG&E. <br />5. Parcel Acquisitions — Incorporate ten (10) additional parcel acquisitions into the <br />Project. This will include enhanced Boundary Surveys and Land Net, the <br />Appraisal Mapping Sheets, and the Plat Maps and Legal Descriptions. <br />6. Pre -Construction Record of Survey — Provide a Pre -Construction Record of <br />Survey with the above additional information included. <br />The Deliverables will include the following: <br />• Title Reports (ten additional) <br />• Updated Survey Control Report <br />• R/W Resolution Drawings and Backup Calculations <br />• Uodated Boundary Survevs and Land Net <br />REV: 07-03-19 DZ <br />ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 3/AECOM 101/84 PS&E Page 5 of 13 <br />
