• Updated Appraisal Mapping Sheets <br />• Plat Maps and Legal Descriptions <br />• PG&E Encroachment Exhibit <br />• Updated Pre -Construction Record of Survey <br />(3) Field Surveys <br />Consultant will complete the additional services described below, which are necessary <br />to complete field investigations supporting design of interchange improvements as part <br />of the PS&E and R/W Support Phase of the 101/84 (Woodside Road) Interchange <br />Improvement Project. These services generally include additional surveys to confirm <br />mapping accuracy, existing bridges and overcrossing structures, cross sections, <br />verifying existing utilities and drainage facilities, pavement elevations and locations, <br />pavement conforms, vertical clearances, obstructions, tree survey locations, lighting <br />fixtures, fences, retaining walls, creeks, drainage swales and ditches and other features, <br />such as curbs, handicap ramps, walks, edge of road, edge of traveled way and other <br />critical existing features. <br />Additional Field Survey Work — <br />• Storm Drain Issues — <br />o Remobilize to Perform field surveys on previously clogged storm drains <br />o Perform field surveys on 100 additional SD structures. <br />• Increase in Utility Locations — <br />o Perform field surveys on additional ninety (90) probe locations. Since most <br />utilities are in the street, additional traffic control is required (one day per 15 <br />potholes, or approximately 6 days of traffic control). <br />• Access/Sight — <br />o Clear vegetation, where required and possible, for improved line of sight <br />o Set up and install temporary monuments <br />o Six (6) additional mobilizations required <br />o Additional traffic control required (approximately six (6) days of traffic control). <br />• Existing Condition Changes — <br />Provide survey data for new developments and incorporate into the existing <br />topographic mapping, including: <br />o Northeast side of Bay Road, from Woodside Road to Charter Street <br />o Charter Street Cul-de-sac <br />o 24 Hour Fitness <br />The effort is estimated to include an additional work as follows: sixty-eight (68) field <br />days of surveying (88 total) and sixty-eight (68) days of office surveying support. <br />Deliverables will match those in the original scope of services (Task 2.2). <br />REV: 07-03-19 DZ <br />ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 3/AECOM 101/84 PS&E Page 6 of 13 <br />
