EXHIBIT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />Compensation for the Scope of Work in Exhibit "A" is described below by service <br />component. <br />(1) Design of Custom Structures Aesthetics <br />Compensation for the scope of work for (1) Design of Custom Structures Aesthetics is <br />detailed in Exhibit Table B (1)-1 and shall not exceed $61,429. Fee amounts will be <br />distributed to respective existing tasks for billing. Exhibit Table B (1)-2 summarizes the <br />compensation values in a cost plus fixed fee format consistent with the Agreement. <br />(2) Right of Way Support <br />Compensation for the scope of work for (2) Right of Way Support is detailed in Exhibit <br />Table B (2)-1 and shall not exceed $225,351. Fee amounts will be distributed to <br />respective existing tasks for billing. Exhibit Table B (2)-2 summarizes the compensation <br />values in a cost plus fixed fee format consistent with the Agreement. <br />(3) Field Surveys <br />Compensation for the scope of work for (3) Field Surveys is detailed in Exhibit Table B <br />(3)-1 and shall not exceed $217,981. Fee amounts will be distributed to respective <br />existing tasks for billing.
