REV: 06-09-22 JB <br />Task 4: Contingency Allowance – City may request additional support services, including <br />funding plan support or additional traffic analysis. Consultant shall coordinate scope, <br />schedule and budget requirements with City and proceed only after receiving approval <br />from City. <br />a) Funding Plan Support - This task provides a budgetary allowance of $86,649 for these <br />services, an amount sufficient to cover one additional MPDG or TCEP grant <br />application as described in Tasks 2 and 3, if requested, or other additional Funding <br />Plan support services. <br />b) Traffic Analysis - This task provides a budgetary allowance of $27,770 for these <br />services. This could include an analysis to determine the traffic benefits to one of the <br />phases of the Project, if requested, or other additional traffic analysis. <br />Fee <br />Estimated compensation for the scope of services is detailed in Exhibit Table A-1, <br />including not-to exceed fee amounts and estimated labor hours for each task. Exhibit <br />Table A-2 sets forth the estimated fees for the Services.
