REV: 02-15-23 JB <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES, SCHEDULE, AND FEE <br />The scope of services, schedule, and fee for Amendment No. 6 are described below. <br />Scope of Services <br />Consultant will complete the additional services described below, which address known <br />and anticipated Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) and Right of Way Support <br />(R/W Support) phase activities through December 2023. These services were not <br />included in Consultant’s base scope of work. <br />Task 1: Project Management – Consultant will provide Project administration and <br />invoicing, Project planning and scheduling, coordination and technical meetings with the <br />Project team, City, Caltrans, SMCTA, and other involved agencies, in support of PS&E <br />and R/W Support activities summarized below. <br />Project Administration - Consultant will provide contract administration; <br />subcontract management; task, schedule & cost monitoring; and staff <br />coordination. Consultant will submit Project deliverables to City for review. <br />Project Completion Planning – Consultant will develop a scope of work, schedule, <br />and budgetary estimate to complete PS&E (100% PS&E, Final PS&E – Caltrans <br />district and headquarters review) and R/W Support (utility <br />coordination/certification, R/W mapping, R/W certification, UPRR at-grade <br />crossings design and agreements). This will include review of the updated Caltrans <br />Standard Plans and Specifications, City Standards, Caltrans and City design <br />standards, changed site conditions, R/W ownership and boundary changes, and <br />other factors that could affect the PS&E and R/W Support products. The scope of <br />work will enable Consultant to assess remaining activities to achieve Ready-To- <br />List (RTL) status. <br />Project Scheduling – Consultant will update the Critical Path Method (CPM) <br />schedule for completion of PS&E and R/W Support, and the CPM construction <br />schedule for a phased Project. <br />Meetings – Consultant will attend up to twelve (12) coordination meetings and four <br />(4) technical meetings. <br />Project Filing – Consultant will maintain the Project filing system. <br />Deliverables will include: <br />Invoice Packages, including Progress Reports (bimonthly) <br />Project Completion Plan <br />CPM schedules <br />Correspondence and memos to support the above activities. <br />ATTY/AGR.2023/Amend.
