REV: 05-21-24 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES, SCHEDULE AND FEE <br />The scope of services, schedule, and fee for Amendment No. 7 are described below: <br />Scope of Services <br />Consultant will complete the additional services described below, which include Plans, <br />Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) activities beyond the originally estimated <br />completion date (March 2021) through construction contract award (estimated November <br />2026). These additional services were not included in the Consultant’s base scope of <br />work. <br />Task 1: Project Management – Consultant will continue to provide project administration <br />and invoicing, project planning and scheduling, coordination and technical meetings with <br />the Project team, City, Caltrans, SMCTA, and other involved agencies, in support of <br />PS&E activities summarized below through construction contract award. <br />Project Administration - Consultant will provide contract administration; <br />subcontract management; task, schedule & cost monitoring; and staff <br />coordination. Consultant will submit project deliverables to City for review. <br />Invoicing – Consultant will provide invoices and progress reports every month. <br />Project Scheduling – Consultant will update the Critical Path Method (CPM) <br />schedule for completion of PS&E and Right of Way (ROW) Support, and the CPM <br />construction schedule for a phased project. <br />Meetings – Consultant will attend external meetings as may be required. The <br />following meetings are anticipated and included in the fee estimate: <br />Transportation Advisory Committee Meetings (up to one meeting) <br />Project Development Team meetings (up to twenty meetings) <br />Workshops to resolve technical issues. (up to twenty meetings) <br />Others (Ad Hoc Subcommittee, City Council, etc.) (up to two <br />meetings) <br />Project Filing – Consultant will maintain the project filing system. <br />Task 1 Deliverables will include: <br />Invoice Packages, including Progress Reports (monthly) <br />CPM Schedules <br />Correspondence and memos to support the above activities. <br />Task 2: PS&E Support –Consultant will perform the following sub-tasks and update the <br />deliverables listed below for the 95% PS&E resubmittal package as further detailed in <br />Task 4. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024/Amend.
