REV: 05-21-24 VR <br />Task 7.7 UPRR – Coordination and Plan Submittals <br />In consideration of the previous UPRR and CPUC coordination and work performed, <br />Consultant will reengage UPRR and CPUC to gain approval of the proposed Project <br />features affecting the railroad. <br />Per UPRR requirements, Consultant will schedule and attend one field meeting with the <br />City, CPUC, and UPRR regarding the preliminary design at the following UPRR locations: <br />Veterans Boulevard, DOT 754963D, MP 27.123, Redwood Harbor Ind Lead <br />US 101, DOT754965S, MP 27.214, Redwood Harbor Ind Lead <br />Bayshore Freeway, DOT 754966Y, MP 27.24, Redwood Harbor Ind Lead <br />Stein Am Rhein Court, DOT 748351T, MP 27.33, Redwood Harbor Ind Lead <br />Blomquist Street, DOT 973869T, MP 27.504, Redwood Harbor Ind Lead <br />Blomquist Street, DOT 754968M, MP 27.502, Redwood Harbor Ind Lead <br />Consultant will reengage UPRR to verify UPRR requirements are understood and <br />adhered to in the design documents. Up to five (5) meetings (including the field meeting) <br />between the various stakeholders (UPRR, CPUC, and City) are anticipated to be <br />required. Consultant will coordinate with UPRR to confirm that gate timing and other <br />issues related to the at-grade crossings are addressed from the 95% design to 100% <br />Final design. <br />Consultant will coordinate with UPRR on the placement of the railroad signals and gates; <br />however, it is expected that UPRR will design improvements and modifications to the <br />railroad signal equipment and Consultant will review and comment on UPRR's design <br />documents. <br />Task 7.8 UPRR - CPUC General Order 88-B <br />In consideration of the previous UPRR and CPUC coordination and work performed, <br />Consultant will reengage UPRR and CPUC to complete CPUC General Order 88-B. <br />Task 7.9 Technical Design Support to ROW Acquisition Team (new task) <br />Consultant will provide design support to the ROW acquisition team, as requested, on a <br />time and materials basis. This design support may include the following tasks: <br />Survey Staking – staking the limits of project features on private properties. <br />Aerial Exhibits – preparing private property aerial exhibits that indicate proposed <br />project features. <br />Field Meetings – attending field meetings with private property owners to respond <br />to questions. <br />RON Support – providing Resolution of Necessity support. <br />Task 7 Deliverables will include: <br />Updated EPVR <br />UPRR Conceptual Plans (Drafts and Final) <br />UPRR 30% Plans <br />UPRR Final Plans (Draft and Final) <br />ATTY/AGR.2024/Amend.
