REV: 05-21-24 VR <br />Design Plan Sheets <br />Special Provisions <br />Design Reports not previously approved. <br />Permit Application and Permit <br />Quantity Estimate <br />Construction Cost Estimate <br />Construction Schedule <br />Draft PS&E Forms <br />Design Calculations <br />Quantity Calculations <br />Final Materials Report <br />Final Foundation Report <br />Independent Design Check Calculations (Structures) <br />Independent Quantity Check Calculations (Structures) <br />Response to previous 95% PS&E Comments <br />Electronic files of plan sheets <br />Task 5: 100% PS&E Phase –This task (& subtasks) in the Agreement will be completed <br />to address comments and any revisions to the 95% PS&E. <br />Task 6: Final PS&E Phase (Caltrans District & HQ Review) –This task (& subtasks) in the <br />Agreement will be completed. <br />Since the execution of the Original Agreement, these Final PS&E reviews have required <br />significantly more effort to gain Caltrans approvals and will require additional time and <br />efforts to complete them. <br />Consultant may be required to provide additional support to address comments from <br />Caltrans DOE, Caltrans HQ, and Caltrans DES to obtain final approval. Support may also <br />include making some minor design changes. Contingency budget is reserved for this <br />additional effort under Task 9. The contract manager’s written prior approval is required <br />to utilize this fund. <br />Task 7: ROW Support – This task (& subtasks) in the Agreement will be continued. The <br />deliverables listed below will be revised with updated project conditions and submitted for <br />approval. <br />Task 7.1 Utility Coordination and EPVR <br />In consideration of the previous work regarding the utilities and utility companies, <br />Consultant will reengage the utility companies for coordination of utility relocations, <br />including design, schedule, and costs.
