Task 1 Deliverables <br />• CPM Schedule (monthly) <br />• Correspondence and memos as required <br />• Encroachment Permit Application <br />• Agendas, meeting minutes, action items and meeting packages as required <br />• Invoice Packages, including Progress Reports (monthly) <br />• Quality Control Plan <br />• Risk Management Plan <br />• Health & Safety Plan <br />TASK 2 PS&E SUPPORT <br />Task 2 will consist of compiling and reviewing existing data pertinent to the Project. Also <br />included are planning phase activities, identifying and requesting supplemental information such <br />as surveys, conducting site visits/field review/field trips, coordination with adjacent projects, and <br />obtaining information and requirements related to utilities, right-of-way, permits and <br />geotechnical conditions. AECOM activities will include the following: <br />Task 2.1 Data Collection & Site Reconnaissance <br />AECOM will obtain and review available data and information necessary for the final design of <br />the Project. This information will be obtained from the City, Caltrans, local agencies, utility <br />companies, or other organizations. Data to be collected and reviewed includes but is not limited <br />to the following: <br />• City and Caltrans as -built plans for roadway and electrical plans <br />• City improvement plans <br />• Private and public utility information <br />• Sign inventory from Caltrans and the City <br />• Right-of-way information <br />• Pertinent historical correspondence <br />• Bridge Maintenance Reports <br />• Pavement Condition Report <br />• Traffic Accident Data, if needed <br />• Traffic Signal and Controller Data <br />• Traffic flow diagrams for the design year showing AM, PM, and ADT volumes <br />Task 2.2 Field Surveys <br />AECOM will provide supplemental field surveys for design, which will include additional <br />surveys necessary to confirm mapping accuracy, existing bridges and overcrossing structures, <br />topographic surveys necessary to complete the design, including cross sections, verifying <br />existing utilities and drainage facilities, pavement elevations and locations, pavement conforms, <br />Page 16 of 73 <br />REV: 07-18-17 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2017.166/AECOM 101184 PS&E <br />
