transporter subcontractor and will oversee the pick-up of all the generated drums <br />associated with the hazardous materials investigation. <br />AECOM will develop a draft Project Hazardous Materials Report for the Field <br />Investigation. The draft report will be internally peer reviewed by senior AECOM site <br />investigation practitioners and their comments addressed. The draft report of our <br />investigation findings for will be submitted for one round of review and approval by the <br />City and Caltrans. The report will include the following sections: <br />• Executive Summary <br />• Introduction <br />• Sampling <br />• Analytical Results <br />• Tabulated Data and Comparison to Regulatory and ADL variance criteria <br />• Upper Confidence Limit statistical evaluation of the Site's ADL <br />• Figures showing the Site, sampling points, areas included in the UCL calculations, <br />grading recommendations <br />• Conclusions and recommendations for soil and dewatered groundwater <br />management <br />AECOM will address the City's and Caltrans comments and issue the final report. The <br />final report will be stamped by a California Professional Geologist or Professional <br />Engineer. <br />8. Right of Way Hazardous Test Report <br />AECOM will implement a soil and limited groundwater investigation that is focused on <br />the contaminant issues identified in the ISA for each property or that may impact the <br />property. These likely contaminants are as follows: <br />• Metals including Aerially Deposited Lead (ADL) from the former combustion of <br />leaded gasoline. <br />• Petroleum hydrocarbons from leaking Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) as <br />gasoline and diesel. <br />Chlorinated hydrocarbons including solvents typically used as degreasers and dry <br />cleaning chemicals. <br />• Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs). <br />The purpose of the investigation will be to identify site contaminant concentrations that <br />will require management and/or mitigation measures, as follows: <br />• Investigate properties that will be completely or partially included into the Right - <br />of -Way that may affect taking the parcels into the Caltrans Right -of -Way. <br />The proposed affected parcels are as indicated in the table in Section 6.0 List of <br />Potentially Affected Properties. <br />Page 25 of 73 <br />REV: 07-18-17 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2017.166/AECOM 101/84 PS&E <br />
