• Detailed sampling and analysis table to facilitate the field efforts and to minimize <br />the potential for field errors. <br />AECOM will implement the approved work plan in the field as follows: <br />• AECOM will use the Site-specific Project Health and Safety Plan for its fieldwork. <br />• AECOM will work safely with field staff and subcontractors that have experience <br />working in the Caltrans Right -of -Way and in accordance with the project's <br />Caltrans encroachment permit. All personnel will have 40 -hours HAZWOPER <br />training and required updates. Proper personal protective equipment will be worn <br />by all staff during the fieldwork. <br />• AECOM staff will use preprinted labels and chain -of -custody forms to minimize <br />the potential for field errors. <br />• The samples will be maintained under AECOM chain of custody until transferred <br />to the lab courier. <br />• AECOM will use a California certified lab for the analyses. <br />• Analytical data will be reviewed by trained AECOM staff for QA/QC and the data <br />will be flagged in the data tables, if needed. <br />AECOM will develop a draft Structures Hazardous Materials Report for the structures to <br />be demolished. The draft report will be internally peer reviewed by senior AECOM site <br />investigation practitioners and their comments addressed. Then draft report of our <br />investigation findings for will be submitted for one round of review and approval by the <br />City and Caltrans. The report will include the following sections. <br />• Executive Summary <br />• Introduction <br />• Sampling <br />• Analytical Results <br />• Tabulated Data and Comparison to Regulatory criteria <br />• Figures showing the Site and sampling points <br />• Conclusions and Recommendations for the hazardous building components <br />management before or during demolition <br />AECOM will address the CITY's and Caltrans comments and issue the final report. The <br />final report will be stamped by a California Professional Geologist or Professional <br />Engineer. <br />10. Lane Closure Report <br />AECOM will collect 7 -day 24-hour traffic counts from Caltrans and the City. If the <br />counts are not available, AECOM will perform 7 -day 24-hour traffic counts at mainline <br />and for all ramps where closures are required, including local streets.
