Task 3.3 Bridge Site Data Submittal <br />AECOM will submit the Bridge Site Data Submittal (BSDS) package to the Caltrans district <br />for approval and the OSFP Liaison Engineer for review with the Type Selection Report. The <br />following attachments will be submitted with the BSDS checklist for review: <br />• Strip Map <br />• Aerial photo of site <br />• Bridge Site Plan <br />• Profile Grade <br />• Superelevation <br />• Typical Sections <br />• Detour or Stage Construction Plans <br />• Utility map & Information Sheets <br />• Lane Closure Charts <br />Task 3.4 Structure Type Selection <br />This task will consist of preparing deliverables consistent with Caltrans Office of Special <br />Funded Projects (OSFP) Information and Procedures Guide 4-2 which describes the items <br />needed for the Pre -Type Selection Submittal, Type Selection Submittal and Post -Type <br />Selection Submittal. A single type selection study including the seven bridge structures and <br />the eighteen non-standard retaining walls will be prepared in accordance with the <br />requirements of the Caltrans' Memo to Designers (MTD) 1-29. <br />The Type Selection Report will include the following structures: <br />Bridge Structures (total 7): <br />1. N101 Off-Ramp/Route 101 & 84 Separation (Bridge 1) — a two -span separation <br />structure that is 237'-0" long with variable width (38'-10" min. to 44'-10" max.). The <br />structure type is assumed to be a cast -in-place concrete box girder and will be <br />constructed in one stage. <br />2. N101 Off-Ramp/Route 101 & 84 Separation (Bridge 2) — a one -span separation <br />structure that is 179'-0" long with variable width (38'-10" min. to 44'-10" max.). The <br />structure type is assumed to be a cast -in-place concrete box girder and will be <br />constructed in one stage. <br />3. N101 Off-Ramp/Route 101 & 84 Separation (Bridge 3) — a three -span separation <br />structure that is 388'-0" long with variable width (38'-10" min. to 44'-10" max.). The <br />structure type is assumed to be a cast -in-place concrete box girder and will be <br />constructed in one stage. <br />4. S 101 On-Ramp/Route 84 Separation — a two -span separation structure that is 235'-0" <br />long with variable width (60'-4" max.). The structure type is assumed to be a cast -in- <br />place concrete box girder and will be constructed in one stage. <br />5. Seaport Boulevard Northbound On -Ramp OC — a two -span structure that is 158'-0" <br />long and 52'-7" wide.
