Task 4.8 Draft PS&E Forms AECOM will update the Draft PS&E Forms submitted in Task 3 and complete the documents for final review. AECOM will also prepare the following Draft Forms: • Quality Control Certification of First Submittal to DOE • First Submittal to DOE Checklist Task 4.9 QC Review AECOM will perform an in-house Final 95% PS&E QC review. Task 4.10 Independent Design Check - Structures An independent check of the bridge structures and non-standard retaining walls utilizing the unchecked details (65%), the design criteria, the Foundation Reports and other pertinent reports and information will be performed. An independent set of checker's calculations to verify the design of all the plan details will be developed. The checker will be responsible for developing an independent set of quantity calculations. Check calculations shall include analysis and computations that are necessary to independently check all aspects of the design shown on the unchecked details. Results from the check calculations shall be compared with the design. Discrepancies shall be resolved between the designer and checker and the resolutions documented in the calculations.
