Task 6.4 Caltrans CAD Submittals <br />Prepare submittals to Caltrans in DGN format for roadway and structure plans including existing <br />and new Log of Test Borings. Log of Test Borings may be scanned into DGN files. The plans <br />will comply with Caltrans current CADD User's Manual, and Plans Preparation Manual. <br />Submittals will be made on a CD/DVD. <br />Task 6 Deliverables <br />• Bid Documents <br />• Resident Engineer's File Updates <br />• Survey File <br />• Final PS&E Forms, if changed <br />• CAD electronic submittals <br />• Response to 100% PS&E Comments <br />TASK 7 RIGHT OF WAY SUPPORT <br />AECOM will provide Right of Way support for the Project. Caltrans defines Right of Way as <br />including utilities, right of way, and railroad. AECOM will provide the following Right of Way <br />support tasks. <br />Task 7.1 Utility Coordination and Encroachment Permit Variance Request <br />AECOM will be responsible for interfacing utility design coordination with Caltrans' Right -of - <br />Way Utility Coordinator and Right -of -Way Project Coordinator, and the City. This will include <br />the following activities: <br />• Communicate with Caltrans' Right -of -Way Utility Coordinator and Right -of -Way Project <br />Coordinator to identify utility issues (relocation, notices, etc.). <br />• Communicate with Caltrans Right -of -Way Utility Coordinator and Rigbt-of-Way Project <br />Coordinator for R/W certification. <br />The Encroachment Policy Variance Request (EPVR) that was completed for the Project <br />Approval/Environmental Document phase will be updated and resubmitted, for final approval. <br />Task 7.2 Right of Way Needs <br />AECOM will determine all right-of-way needs for the Project, including easements, temporary <br />construction easements, full and partial acquisition information and other right-of-way <br />information necessary to accomplish the Project. AECOM will perform the following Right -of - <br />Way work activities: <br />• Attend Technical Meetings (up to ten) to discuss right-of-way related issues. <br />• Communicate to Caltrans and the City in a timely manner any change in design which <br />may have an impact on the right-of-way and acquisition process. <br />Page 48 of 73 <br />REV: 07-18-17 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2017.166/AECOM 101/84 PS&E <br />
