There are a total of 21 parcels. <br />Z All properties listed in this table are identified as a property to be included in the Appraisal Maps (Task 7). <br />7.0 ASSUMPTIONS <br />Detailed assumptions are presented in the text of this document. The following summarizes <br />some of the key assumptions made in developing an estimate of labor hours and schedule. <br />WORK TO BE PERFORMED BY OTHERS <br />AECOM will provide information in support of the following work performed by others: <br />• Obtain right -of -entries and permits -to -enter with private property owners (by City) <br />• Utility relocation design, telephone, electrical, gas, oil, cable lines, fiber optic <br />facilities, sewer and water (by utility companies). <br />• Utility Agreements including Utility Relocation Claim letters, Report of Investigation <br />(ROI), Notice to Owners, and utilities Review Checklist (by City). <br />• Railroad facilities, including track work and signal/gates, will be designed and <br />constructed by others (by UPRR). <br />• Right of Way services, including appraisals, appraisal reviews, property acquisitions, <br />and relocation & planning assistance, and sign/approve R/W Certification (by City) <br />• Correspondence with FHWA (by Caltrans) <br />• Advertise, award and administer (AAA) process for construction (by Caltrans) <br />Proiect Limits <br />• On US 101 between Maple Street and 300 feet east of Douglas Avenue. <br />On local streets to conform to proposed intersection modifications (Woodside Road at <br />Spring Street, Bay Road (800 feet from Woodside Road), Broadway (900 feet from <br />Woodside Road), Veterans Boulevard at Chestnut Street, Seaport Boulevard at Blomquist <br />Page 59 of 73 <br />REV: 07-18-17 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2017.166/AECOM 101/84 PSBE <br />
