Street, Blomquist Street (800 feet from Seaport Boulevard), and East Bayshore Road <br />(1400 feet from Seaport Boulevard), <br />The Biological Study Area identified in the Natural Environment Study (URS, October <br />2015) and the Area of Potential Affect identified in the Archaeological Survey Report <br />(URS, August 19, 2015) represents the maximum extent of project activities/access. <br />Proiect Manaeement <br />• Project management activities are provided for a 29 -month period starting from Notice to <br />Proceed. <br />• The PS&E Submittals will include 65%, 95%, 100% and Final. A 35% Submittal is not <br />expected or planned. <br />• This scope assumes a single highway construction bid package. Should it become <br />necessary to split the PS&E package into two bid packages, AECOM will submit a <br />separate scope and fee for the additional effort required. <br />• Public Outreach, Public Meetings and Community Meetings are not included except as <br />identified within the Scope of Services. <br />Richt of Entry <br />Encroachment permit applications to perform design activities within Caltrans and City <br />right of way will be prepared by AECOM for the City's signature. AECOM will not be <br />responsible for permit application fees. All permits fees will be paid by the City. <br />Obtaining private property right of entry will be the responsibility of the City (as noted <br />above). <br />Materials and Information provided by others <br />• Relevant data from previous/ongoing studies in the project area <br />• Utility record drawings <br />• As -built construction plans <br />• Right-of-way record maps <br />• Survey controls <br />• Log of Test Borings, Foundation Reports, Foundation Reviews, and field records of pile <br />driving logs for the construction of existing structures. <br />Mappine <br />Aerial topo mapping has been completed for the project in English units and this is <br />sufficient for the project needs.
