• Right -of -entries and permits -to -enter with private property owners will be obtained by <br />others (City). <br />• Does not include services or support for Resolutions of Necessity (RON) or <br />condemnation support. <br />• Does not include services, support or participation in Deposition, Court Appearances etc. <br />• Does not include Right of Way Record Maps (needs to be prepared after construction). <br />Drainaee Facilities <br />• It was determined during the PA&ED Phase that the Project will not negatively impact <br />the Pump Station Facility. The Project will not include any alteration, modification, or <br />reconstruction of this facility. <br />• Culvert extensions, if any, will not require a specialized structural design and will be <br />designed utilizing Caltrans standard plans and specifications. <br />Chance of Access <br />• New interchange footprint will not constitute a change in access with the US 101 <br />mainline that would require review and approval by the FHWA. <br />Computer Aided Desien software <br />• The In -Roads computer aided design software will be used by AECOM to aid in the <br />design of the project. <br />Utilities. Public Aeencv and UPRR Fees <br />• AECOM will not be responsible for permit application, design, utility connection or <br />others fees required by utility companies, public agencies and UPRR.
