Reviews and Submittals <br />• Consultant will submit technical reports in draft, revised draft incorporating Caltrans and <br />City comments, and in final form, unless otherwise specified. <br />• The total number of plan sheets is assumed to be 954 (see attached sheet count). <br />Additional sheets will be extra work and is not included in this scope of work. <br />• Submittal of full-size plan sheets will not be required. <br />Electrical Work <br />• CCTV, CMS, and Traffic Monitoring Stations (TMS) are not required. <br />• Local street lighting analysis includes 2-dimensional photometric analysis while 3- <br />dimensional lighting simulations are excluded. <br />Landscaoine/Aesthetics <br />• Advanced separate tree removal contract is not included. <br />• Landscaping and Irrigation for private properties will be included in the project. It will <br />not be a separate construction contract. <br />• Design for landscaping and irrigation for the State facility is not included. <br />Permit/Environmental <br />• AECOM will not be responsible for permit application fees. All permits fees will be paid <br />by the City. <br />• Encroachment permit applications to perform design activities within Caltrans and City <br />right of way will be prepared by AECOM for the City's signature. <br />• US Army Corps of Engineers, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and/or Bay <br />Conservation and Development Commission Permits are not required for this project, as <br />was determined during the PA&ED Phase of the Project. <br />Richt of Wav SUDDort <br />• The Encroachment Policy Variance Request that was pre -approved during the PA&ED <br />phase will be updated and resubmitted for approval. One updated draft and one final <br />submittal for approval is expected. <br />• Building demolition, building refacing, and site clearing contract will be done by others <br />(City). AECOM is not responsible for developing a separate demolition contract or <br />specifications. <br />• On -parcel site modifications and improvements are not included except for grading, <br />landscaping and irrigation. <br />• There are two full takes, nineteen partial takes, including Temporary Construction <br />Easements (TCEs), one parcel with a permanent easement and a TCE, five parcels with <br />TCEs, and eight parcels that are portions of public right of way, for a total of thirty-five <br />parcels required for the Project. <br />• R/W Certification will be signed & approved by others (City). <br />Page 62 of 73 <br />REV: 07-18.17 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2017.166/AECOM 101184 PS&E <br />
