Consultant's payment will be calculated as the sum of the direct labor at time of service <br />rimes the current audited overhead (payroll burden, employee benefits, and office <br />overhead (indirect) costs), plus a 10% fee. <br />• Overhead is 135.09% for fiscal year 2016. New audited overhead is available April 1 each <br />year. Fee is 10% of the product of direct labor and the overhead multiplier. <br />• Other direct costs for materials and expenses directly attributable to work performed under <br />this Agreement will be calculated based on actual price plus 2% administrative fee except as <br />noted below; allowable other direct costs, as listed and quantified in Exhibit C, are the <br />following: <br />o Postage and delivery <br />o Printing and reproduction <br />o Travel expenses for local business trips to and from the City and Project site, <br />including use of rental vehicles and company and personal vehicles, shall be billed <br />at 56.5 cents per mile or the current IRS rate for same; no administrative fee shall <br />be applied to travel expenses <br />• Subconsultants' total compensation amounts are listed in the following tables for Haygood & <br />Associates (Table B-3), V&A Consulting Engineers (Table B-4) and WRECO, Inc. (Table <br />B-5), and their payments will be calculated as the sum of the actual direct labor (at time of <br />service) times the current audited overhead (payroll burden, employee benefits, and <br />office overhead (indirect) costs), plus a 10% fee. Other Subconsultants' costs are defined <br />in the chart below.
