Subconsultant/Subcontractor/Service I Method of Computation <br />Belshire <br />Rate sheet <br />San Jose Blue I Rate sheet <br />• Other direct costs for materials and expenses directly attributable to Subconsultants' <br />work performed under this Agreement will be calculated based on actual price; allowable <br />other direct costs are the following: <br />o Data collection <br />o Outsourced computer modeling <br />o Postage and delivery <br />o Printing and reproduction <br />o Travel expenses for local business trips to and from the City and Project site, <br />including use of rental vehicles and company and personal vehicles, shall be billed at <br />the current IRS mileage rate. <br />Provided the services covered by each monthly invoice have been completed according to <br />the provisions of this Agreement, City shall pay the Consultant the amount shown in the <br />invoice within thirty (30) days of City's approval of the invoice. Failure to provide <br />invoices as prescribed in this Agreement could jeopardize City's timely payments to <br />Consultant. <br />Consultant shall seek written approval from City before incurring any costs, or applying any <br />reimbursement terms, that differ from those stated herein. <br />It is expressly understood and agreed that in no event shall Consultant be compensated in an <br />amount greater that the amount specified herein without prior issuance of a written <br />modification to this Agreement, or a Notice to Proceed by City. If at any time, Consultant has <br />reason to believe that the total compensation payable for the performance of services under <br />this Agreement will exceed the maximum not -to -exceed amount set herein, Consultant shall <br />notify City immediately in writing to that effect, indicating the estimated additional amount <br />necessary to complete the services in the Agreement.
