EXHIBIT B <br />COMPENSATION <br />Compensation for the scope of work is detailed in Exhibit Table B-1 shall be on a time <br />and materials basis in an amount not to exceed $73,954. Fee amounts will be <br />distributed to respective existing tasks for billing. Exhibit Table B-2 summarizes the <br />compensation values in a format consistent with the Agreement. <br />Compensation for Task D (Other Permit and Work Fees) shall be an amount not to <br />exceed $10,000.
