one storm drain manhole to be surveyed was paved over. This prevented critical invert
elevations from being obtained at these drainage structures.
Therefore, additional services outside the Consultant's base scope of work (Task 2.5
Utility Identification and Verification) are required. The Consultant shall vacuum clean
the respective storm drain inlets and uncover the noted manhole to allow invert
elevations to be surveyed and documented. Consultant shall restore the uncovered
manhole to a safe operating condition in consultation with the City.
The data received from these efforts will be documented for use by AECOM.
Task D: Other Permit and Work Fees — Consultant may be required to pay certain
permit or field work fees for field investigations, like the additional costs for work in the
UPRR right of way discussed in Task A above, which were not included in Consultant's
base scope of work. Consultant shall seek approval from the City before incurring any
fees under this task.
REV: 02-22-19 PR
ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 1/AECOM 101/84 PS&E
