EXHIBIT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />Compensation for the Scope of Work in Exhibit "A" is described below by service component <br />(1) Design of Sanitary Sewer and Water Relocations <br />Compensation for the scope of work for (1) Design of Sanitary Sewer and Water Relocations is <br />detailed in Exhibit Table B (1)-1 and shall not exceed $467,498. Fee amounts will be distributed <br />to respective existing tasks for billing. Exhibit Table B (1)-2 summarizes the compensation values <br />in a cost plus fixed fee format consistent with the Agreement. <br />(2) Incorporate Cement Deep Soil Mix (CDSM) Design <br />Compensation for the scope of work for (2) Incorporate Cement Deep Soil Mix (CDSM) Design is <br />detailed in Exhibit Table B (2)-1 and shall not exceed $177,302. Fee amounts will be distributed <br />to respective existing tasks for billing.
