<br /> 3 <br /> 10. Vendor must provide the City with a phone number which can be distributed to the <br /> public which will answer all calls concerning the aerobics program. This number <br /> should be published on all written publicity distributed by the vendor. <br /> II. Vendor must provide the City with one name and one phone number to act as the <br /> primary contact between the City of Redwood City and the Vendor. <br /> 12. The City may reject all proposals received in this process and, at its option, re- <br /> advertise for additional proposals for an aerobics program at a later date. <br /> 13. Babysitting: A location will be made available for the Vendor to provide babysitting <br /> between 9am-lOam Monday through Sunday and 5:45pm-6:45pm Tuesday though <br /> Friday in the Red Morton Community Center. Vendor can utilize the department <br /> babysitting service for the 7pm-8pm evening classes Monday though Friday, for an <br /> additional fee. Children must be toilet trained.
