<br /> permit shall be in addition to all other permits, which are or may be <br /> required for conducting said event, or any activity associated therewith. <br />10. HOLD HARMLESS: Permittee shall assume the defense of and indemnify <br /> and save harmless the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, boards, <br /> commissions, employees, volunteers, and agents from all suits, actions, <br /> damages, or claims to which the City may be subjected of any kind or <br /> nature whatsoever, resulting from or arising out of the performance or <br /> failure to perform of Permittee hereunder, or otherwise arising from or <br /> arising out of said event herein permitted. <br />11. CITY SERVICES: The City agrees to provide the following: <br /> *Normal police patrol during the event. <br /> *Barricades at all street closure points. City crews will drop them off. <br /> Permittee will erect them and take them down. <br /> *Parking meters will be declared non-operative along the closed streets <br /> on Saturday, September 21, 1996. <br /> *City will provide a cleanup crew to function at the close of the event on <br /> September 22, 1996. <br />12. ITEMS PROVIDED BY PERMITTEE: Permittee will provide personnel to <br /> monitor entry and exit of the closed streets. Permittee will provide <br /> personnel to erect and take down barricades. . <br />13. ADDITIONAL OR FURTHER MATTERS: Additional or further matters not <br /> herein described or contemplated in connection with said event shall not <br /> be effectuated without the prior written consent of the Chief of Police. <br />14.
