<br />expense of City upon demand by City. Permittee further acknowledges and <br />agrees that in the event of removal, damage, destruction, or otherwise altering of <br />condition of said underground conduits with electrical lines by third parties, <br />Permittee shall reconstruct, reinstall, and repair said underground conduits with <br />electrical lines at its own cost and expense upon request of City so to do. <br /> In the event the City, its agents, employees, contractors, or subcontractors <br />damage or otherwise alter the conditions of the said underground conduits with <br />electrical lines or any portion thereof, in connection with the ownership and use <br />of City-dedicated right-of-way and easement adjacent to and abutting the Subject <br />Premises, Permittee shall promptly reconstruct, reinstall, or repair said <br />underground conduits with electrical lines and shall bear all costs and expense of <br />the reconstruction, reinstallation, and repair. <br /> 7. Permittee's Obliaation of Removal. Permittee shall, upon receipt of <br />notice so to do, and within such time limit as may be fixed by said notice, alter, <br />remove, or relocate at the expense of Permittee the said underground conduits <br />with electrical lines or any portion thereof to such extent as may be necessary, in <br />City's opinion, to avoid interference with any pipe, street, or utility facility or other <br />structure or use now or hereafter to be constructed by the City, or with any <br />operations of the City of Redwood City, or with any use by the City of Redwood <br />City of the subject premises. <br /> 8. Removal of Improvement.
