<br />upon request so to do by City, remove said underground conduits with electrical <br />lines described in paragraph 2 hereof. <br /> 9. Release. Permittee shall be responsible and liable for all damages to <br />persons or property, including the injury of death of persons, due directly or <br />indirectly to Permittee's construction and/or maintenance of the said <br />underground conduits with electrical lines and the use permitted hereunder, and <br />shall defend, indemnify, and shall hold the City of Redwood City, its Council, <br />officers, boards, commissions, Councilmembers, agents, and employees, <br />harmless from all suits, actions, damages, or claims to which said City may be <br />subjected and alleged to have been caused by reason of said construction <br />and/or maintenance of said underground conduits with electrical lines or <br />encroachment or use thereof permitted hereunder. <br /> 10. Insurance. Permittee shall secure, carry, and maintain at all times in <br />form and amount approved by the City Attorney during the period covered by this <br />revocable permit, at Permittee's sole cost and expense, public liability and <br />property damage insurance, which insurance shall be in the following minimum <br />amounts: <br /> (a) $1,000,000 for injury or death of anyone person and <br /> $1,000,000 for anyone occurrence; <br /> (b) Property damage insurance in the amount of <br /> $1,000,000 for anyone occurrence. <br /> A certificate or certificates evidencing the maintenance of the required <br />insurance shall be deposited with the City Clerk prior to any use of the subject <br />premises by Permittee.
