PAYMENT <br /> <br />CITY agrees to transfer to RCSD their initial contributions within sixty (60) days <br />of the date of the execution of this Agreement. <br /> <br />13. COMPLETENESS OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the PARTIES and any <br />changes shall be agreed to in writing. <br /> <br />14.
