If at any time you have any <br />questions with regard to this contract or our fees, we encourage <br />you to contact us. <br /> <br />This firm will represent Redevelopment Agency of the City of <br />Redwood City ("Client") in all matters relating to and/or arising <br />out of the Redevelopment Agency's Project on the following terms <br />and conditions: <br /> <br />{1} Scope of Services. This firm will provide special <br />legal services and act as special counsel for eminent domain <br />matters on properties as assigned consisting of, but not limited <br />to, .the preparation and conduct of all eminent domain matters and <br />proceedings in acquiring certain p:r:ope'.r- t.y . il11:erests by 01." in lieu <br />of eminent domain arising out of the projects as assigned <br />including but not limited to, pre-trial consultation and <br />representation and legal advice, trial and appeal, if any, and <br />such other special services related to eminent domain activity. <br /> <br />This firm will use its bést efforts in representing Client, <br />but both acknowledge that this firm has given no assurances <br />regarding the outcome of this matter. <br /> <br />{2} Client's Responsibilities. Client agrees to co- <br />operate fully and to provide this firm with all information known <br />by or available to Client which may aid in representing Client in <br />these matters.
