<br />Recoanized Holidavs: City shall provide paid holidays as listed in <br />Exhibit -B-, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. <br />Bereavement Leave: Contract Employee may be absent with pay <br />up to three (3) consecutive days (four (4) days if required to travel over 300 <br />miles one way) available upon commencement of employment because of a <br />death in Contract Employee's immediate family. <br />Sick Leave: Contract Employee shall accrue sick leave on a <br />monthly basis at a rate of one day each month of service up to a total of 12 days <br />per year. Sick leave shall be available after six (6) months of service. Contract <br />Employee shall not be paid for unused sick leave. <br />Personal Business Leave: Contract Employee will receive one (1) <br />paid personal business leave per year which shall be available after six (6) <br />months of service, and is deducted from sick leave. Unused personal business <br />leave is not carried forward from one year to the next. <br />Vacation Leave: Vacation leave shall commence to accrue from <br />the first day of employment and shall be available after six (6) months of service. <br />Contract Employee shall accrue vacation leave on a monthly basis at the rate of <br />ten (10) days per year. <br />Donation of Leave: Contract Employee may participate in the <br />Donation of Leave after six (6) months of service without City match to the Leave <br />Bank. Contract Employee shall not receive any employee benefit not expressly <br />described in this paragraph (b). <br />3 <br />.. <br />
