ORIGINAL <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EXTEND AND AMEND AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />(California Land Management Services Corporation) <br />Th* s Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the _14 day of <br />u�= 2019, extending and amending the agreement dated <br />August 28, 2017 (the "Agreement') by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter <br />city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and California Land <br />Management Services Corporation, a California corporation ("Consultant') (collectively, <br />the "Parties") for Park Ranger Services. <br />RECITALS <br />A. On August 28, 2017, the Parties executed an Agreement for Services for <br />park ranger services; and <br />B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to an extension of the term and <br />compensation in their Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br />1. That the Agreement is hereby extended for a period of two years ending <br />on February _, 2021, and Consultant will be paid a not -to -exceed amount of Fifty -Eight <br />Thousand Dollars ($58,000) per year and One Hundred and Sixteen Thousand Dollars <br />($116,000) for the two-year extension. <br />All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. <br />3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br />pursuant to the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment. <br />4.
