11. City will provide all specialized training required of Consultant's staff. Such <br />training shall include wildlife regulations, general security procedures, use of City <br />vehicles and/or equipment and City's emergency protocol and "after hour" duty <br />person call out procedure. All City -provided or City, State or Federal mandated <br />training shall take place within and during the hours of services provided by <br />Consultant. If additional hours of service are required for Consultant to complete <br />said training, these hours shall be treated as additional service hours and require <br />prior City approval. <br />12. For Special Patrols outside of normal Consultant's routines and responsibilities, <br />City shall provide Consultant's staff with a list of patrol objectives, duties and <br />limitations. <br />II.
