6. Consultant shall be responsible for providing all written material and daily log <br />forms that are to be submitted to the City on a monthly and or as needed basis. <br />7. Consultant recognizes that they are performing an integral and highly visible <br />service for the citizens of the City. The citizens are used to high-quality service <br />performed with respect to their needs, wishes and concerns. Consultant's staff <br />working under this Agreement shall behave in a professional manner at all times <br />8. Consultant shall provide all uniforms and personal equipment required by its staff. <br />Consultant's staff shall present a neat and clean appearance at all times. <br />D. City's Responsibilities <br />1. City shall provide all tools, shovels, rakes, brooms, barricades, safety cones and <br />caution tape as needed by Consultant to perform its assigned tasks. <br />2. City shall provide Consultant with one (1) City frequency radio and charger. City <br />shall provide all routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Replacement of <br />lost or damaged radio shall be the responsibility of Consultant. <br />3. City shall provide Consultant with adequate on site secure storage space for <br />Consultant's tools and other equipment and supplies that are supplied by the City. <br />4. City shall provide all keys and access cards required for Consultant's access of <br />City's facilities. <br />5. City shall provide and maintain a light duty truck at the City's maintenance <br />facility for Consultant's use within Stulstaft Park. Consultant shall be <br />responsible for repair or replacement of City's vehicle in the event of misuse by <br />Consultant's staff. <br />6. City shall provide printed materials and handouts to be distributed to park visitors <br />including brochures, park codes, courtesy notices, etc. <br />7. City shall provide special rewards and handouts such as dog treats and dog waste <br />pickup bags to promote positive enforcement of City codes related to keeping <br />dogs on leash. <br />8. City shall provide Consultant with the name of City Parks Director and list of <br />emergency phone numbers, including "after hours" on call duty person. <br />9. City shall provide for pickup of all garbage and trash from trash cans. <br />10.
