EXHIBIT "A" <br />1. Scope of Services <br />Consultant shall provide the following services. <br />A. Job Site <br />Stulstaft Park - Park is located on Farm Hill Blvd. between Hwy 280 and Alameda da <br />las Pulgas in Redwood City, CA. The unique 42 acre multi use park contains both <br />scrub oak woodland, sensitive environmental areas, hiking trails, recreation field, <br />playground, tot lot, picnic and BBQ facilities and off leash dog trail. Park is situated <br />within residential neighborhood with some residential backyard fences adjoin to Park <br />boundary. <br />B. Consultant's Patrol Services <br />1. Patrol <br />Consultant shall provide patrol surveillance of Stulstaft Park utilizing vehicle and <br />foot patrol methods as per schedule approved by City. Consultant shall keep daily <br />logs documenting patrol activities in a manner approved by the City, and provide City <br />a monthly report listing all public contacts associated with code violations. Monthly <br />report submitted to City will include patrol and surveillance recommendations for <br />upcoming month. <br />2. Education and Enforcement <br />Consultant shall, after receiving training, list of park priority codes to enforce and <br />appropriate authorization from City, issue verbal and/or written warnings as <br />necessary, for violations of City Codes. Consultant shall, when necessary, promptly <br />notify the assigned Police Sgt. as provided by the City to Consultant, and City Parks <br />Director, of any significant law enforcement and public safety problems and violation <br />of City Codes. <br />3. Public Contact <br />Consultant shall maintain a current knowledge of park and trail features, activities, <br />ordinances and rules. Consultant shall provide information assistance to visitors on <br />request and shall distribute any information City may wish to provide. Consultant <br />shall provide public information services as requested by City. Consultant's staff shall <br />relate to the public in a courteous and professional manner at all times. <br />4.
