oqf AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES Greg's Trucking Service, Inc. This Amendment No. 3 (the "Amendment No. 3") is entered into and effective as of January 1, 2020, by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Greg's Trucking Service, Inc., a California Corporation ("Contractor") (collectively, the "Parties"). RECITALS A. The Parties previously executed that certain General Services Agreement, dated as of September 7, 2017 (the "Original Agreement"). B. The Parties previously executed Amendment No. 1 to the Original Agreement ("Amendment No. 1 "), dated as of September 7, 2018. C. The Parties previously executed Amendment No. 2 to the Original Agreement ("Amendment No. 2"), dated as of August 21, 2019 (the Original Agreement and Amendments No. 1 and 2 are collectively known as the "Agreement"). D. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to revise the fee schedule for the second extension term effective January 1, 2020. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. The labor rate schedule in attached Exhibit A shall apply to services performed by the Contractor on or after January 1, 2020. 2. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. 3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Contractor pursuant to the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment. 4. The individuals executing this Amendment and the instruments referenced in it on behalf of Contractor each represent and warrant that they have the legal power, right and actual authority to bind Contractor to the terms and conditions of this Amendment.
