Contractor shall respond within 3 hours of being notified of an emergency. Upon <br />arrival at the location of the emergency, Contractor shall proceed at the direction <br />of the City. <br />Payment Terms <br />Contractor shall provide the service outlined herein on an hourly basis not to exceed <br />$100,000.00.
