g. Lagoon Management Plan. Work with the City of Redwood City to update the <br />draft Lagoon Management Plan: Redwood Shores Lagoon, July 2003 to <br />incorporate all changes required since 2003 to perform maintenance <br />operations on Redwood Shores Lagoon. <br />h. Communication Protocols. Provide and adhere to the approach to and <br />standards for communications articulated by Contractor in proposal with <br />regards to communications with City staff, the City's water quality sampling <br />consultant (see "i" below), and residents, especially with respect to notification <br />of residents about actions, i.e. chemical applications, that will restrict <br />recreational activities and with respect to the Contractor's complaint resolution <br />process. <br />i. Coordination. Communicate and coordinate its chemical treatment schedule <br />with the City's independent water quality monitoring / sampling consultant <br />(and City's Utilities Specialist) by providing advance notice of a minimum 48- <br />hours prior to any chemical treatments to allow for pre-treatment sampling <br />and 24-hour notice following treatments for post-treatment water sampling in <br />compliance with the City's Water Quality Monitoring Plan, also contained in <br />the City' s draft Lagoon Management Plan: Redwood Shores Lagoon, July <br />2003. <br />REV: 07-29-19 EI <br />Page 5 of 6 <br />ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 2 /Waterworks Industries, Inc. <br />
