h. Communication Protocols. Provide and adhere to the approach to and <br />standards for communications articulated by Contractor in proposal with <br />regards to communications with City staff, the City's water quality sampling <br />consultant (see "i" below), and residents, especially with respect to notification <br />of residents about actions, i.e. chemical applications, that will restrict <br />recreational activities and with respect to the Contractor's complaint resolution <br />process. <br />Coordination. Communicate and coordinate its chemical treatment schedule <br />with the City's independent water quality monitoring / sampling consultant (and <br />City's Utilities Specialist) by providing advance notice of a minimum 48 -hours <br />prior to any chemical treatments to allow for pre-treatment sampling and 24- <br />hour notice following treatments for post-treatment water sampling in <br />compliance with the City's Water Quality Monitoring Plan, also contained in the <br />City's draft Lagoon Management Plan: Redwood Shores Lagoon, July 2003. <br />REV: 08-18-2020 EI <br />ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 3/WATERWORKS INDUSTRIES, INC.
