EXHIBIT "B" Compensation for Services The primary MuniServices Cannabis Support Team includes the following individuals. However, MuniServices has additional resources available to address any issues or time constraints that arise during the project. • Fran Mancia, Vice President of Government Relations • Jonathan V. Gerth, Esq, Vice President of Tax and Audit Services • Jeff Kolin, Senior Advisro • Larry Bergkamp, Senior Technical Cannabis Advisor • John Thrasher III, Vice President of Audit Operations • Chris Wills, Audit Manager MuniServices and the City of Redwood City agree to a fee not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) based on an aggregated individual hourly rate of $200.00 and 150 consulting hours to complete the project. The fee is based on time, materials and travel expenses associated with the execution of the initial services outlines in Exhibit "A" and the following Preliminary Project Plan: Project Set Up Review Potential Cannabis Ordinances 4 Hours 30 Hours • Review existing and draft City of Redwood City Ordinances • Search and review other community's ordinances for applicable provisions • Provide draft ordinance and recommendations Internal and External Coordination/Authorization Meetings 48 Hours • City Council, Department Heads, Planning Commission, City Staff • Operators and Industry Associations • Business Organizations Draft Operating Regulations Draft application and selection process 32 Hours 18 Hours Provide Recommendations for commercial cannabis activities 18 Hours MuniServices will invoice the City on a monthly basis. Payment is due and payable within thirty (30) days of the City's receipt of invoice. The invoice will show the dates on which services were performed, a description of the services performed, the costs for the services performed, and such other information as the City may require.
