receiving an exchange of services or exchange of serves for goods, cash payment or <br />discount for any non-governmental purposes. <br /> <br /> (i) RCN shall provide an I-NET Drop to each of the institutions listed in <br />Exhibit B of this Agreement. RCN shall supply the appropriate connector so as to allow <br />the User(s) origination capability at the institutions specified in said Exhibit B. <br /> <br /> (j) RCN shall discuss the location of each I-NET Drop with the City's I-NET <br />Administrator for each of the buildings designated to receive an I-NET Drop, prior to the <br />installation of such I-NET Drop. As segments of RCN's network are completed, the City <br />buildings in those areas will be connected to the I-NET in order that the City can <br />commence use of the I-NET as soon as possible. <br /> <br /> (k) City may request additional I-NET Drops for public buildings not <br />designated at the time of initial construction. Additional buildings shall be wired based <br />on proximity to existing network topology on a time and materials basis. <br /> <br /> (I) RCN at their own cost shall have the sole responsibility for maintaining the <br />RCN-provided portion of the I-NET for the term of the Franchise Agreement, excluding <br />equipment not directly under its control or ownership. RCN shall at their own cost be <br />responsible for all necessary inspections and performance tests of the RCN-provided <br />portion of the I-NET. RCN will submit bi-directional Optical Time Domain Reflectometer <br />(OTDR) and power meter test results for the RCN provided portion of the I-NET upon <br />completion. No tests will be scheduled following the initial testing unless the City <br />reports problems with the RCN provided portion of the I-NET. Test results shall be <br />submitted to the City's I-NET Administrator. <br /> <br /> <br />
