6.1.A. - Page 2 <br /> property will be removed and the other tie-backs will be de-tensioned. The two Hold <br /> Harmless Agreements will allow for the use of the City property and public right of way <br /> for tie-backs. In addition, the developer has reached separate agreements with the <br /> private property owners for the tie-backs extending into their properties. <br /> The developer, Lane Partners, LLC, will post bonds in the amount of $1,631,164.00 as <br /> required by the Improvement Agreement. The developer anticipates completion of all <br /> improvements by April 2019.
